Okay, well there is our first promise.

A coffee shop or restaurant where I can meet clients or friends? Will the people be nice to me and help me when I need it? Are there any social activities or fitness clubs?
Well, that’s our second promise. This is easy.
And finally, although it’s a taboo subject but let’s be straight, it’s the only reason we go to work – will they pay me what I’m worth?

You will be involved in providing IT technical consultancy and support to our growing client base in regard to infrastructure implementation and technical solutions from the initial design stage and throughout the full project lifecycle. You will be working across a number of technologies including Windows, VMware, Citrix, networking, VoIP communications and SAN solutions.
You must have at least 4 years’ experience working in a similar role and preferably be working within an IT outsourcing/reseller organisation. You must have excellent knowledge of Windows Server (from 2003 to 2012-R2), desktop systems (from XP to W8), AD and MS Exchange (2007-2013). A strong understanding of virtualisation and thin client technology (Hyper-V, VMware and Citrix) would be an advantage and you will also be expected to have a good knowledge of general networking principles including switches, routers, firewalls & TCP/IP.
It is expected you will have at least one industry related certification such as a MCITP, MCSE, VCP or CCA.
Your verbal and written communication skills must be excellent as you will be expected to liaise directly with our clients.
You will be entitled to 20 days holiday per annum and a company pension. Salary is negotiable dependent on experience.
